Rocket is a sisterly gorilla villager, introduced in Animal Crossing: New Leaf, and appearing in every Animal Crossing game since. Her birthday is on the 14th of April, and she's part of the small series of superhero villagers, wearing a pink uniform with the number 4 on it. Rocket is very sporty, her catchphrase is "vroom", and her favourite saying is, "Art feeds the soul. So does pizza."
I really love Rocket, she's super cool! I first saw her in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp, while I was looking for villagers via Gulliver's little boat thing. You can load your unwanted items onto his boat, and he'll ship it to a nearby island. These islands hold treasure maps, among other things, and most of the treasure maps can let you invite a new villager to your campsite or cabin. I found Rocket's treasure map at a random island, inviting her over just because I thought she was a guy at first, and seeing a male villager wearing a pink superhero outfit seemed really cool! I didn't like Rocket any less when I realised she was a female villager, though.
This was during March - June of 2020, when Animal Crossing: New Horizons was at peak popularity, but at the time I didn't own a Switch, so I couldn't play ACNH myself. That changed in July, though. Then I made it my goal to invite Rocket to my island, but this actually happened a lot later on a different Switch.
Yeah, I just think Rocket's a really awesome villager. I'm not really a fan of superheroes, but I do really love Rocket's design, as well as the number 4. I'm grateful that her design also doesn't clash too much with my other villagers on my island, which is more than I can say with some of my other favourite villagers!

Merch for individual villagers is near nonexistant, so the only physical Rocket-themed item I own is her Amiibo card, which I keep on my wall above my desk:
I think the dialogue that happens when you call a villager that's already on your island is really funny.

Also, here's some artwork I've done of Rocket! The first one is from 2021, and it's a pretty bad drawing of Rocket as a human. The rest are very recent, and while I'm not really used to drawing with the proportions of the gorilla villagers, I still think my drawings of her are pretty cute :3 I'll probably do more as time goes on. We'll see!
